Design & R&D
MOSMILE is a ten year experienced enterprise specializing in materials, LED lighting, intelligent control and manufacturing processes. We are committed to delivering solutions that combine outstanding performance with aesthetic value. As an innovative pioneer in the 21st century LED mirror industry, the company continuously invests in new product R&D, with a development focus on integrating minimalist design with spatial aesthetics. We currently have more than 500 product design models for your selection.
Manufacturing
We own a complete system covering LED mirror manufacturing, raw material supply and QC quality control. Full process in house management is realized from lens processing and metal structure fabrication to final product assembly. Our main production equipment includes: CNC forming machines, CNC milling machines, high precision CNC cutting equipment and laser welding machines; machines for lens CNC cutting, edge grinding & polishing, cleaning and film laminating. We are also equipped with 3 professional assembly production lines and 8 product aging lines, complete sets of product life test equipment and NSS salt spray test equipment, supported by thorough quality inspection procedures as well as a professional production and engineering team.
Capacity
Our monthly production capacity reaches 4,000- 5,000 units of LED mirrors and mirror cabinets, capable of fulfilling stable bulk order demands. We also offer flexible delivery options: non standard customization is supported with low MOQ to meet small batch and personalized requirements.
Quality
In terms of certifications, we hold compliance certificates including TUV, CE (LVD, EMC), UKCA, SAA, ETL/UL and RoHS. Our products feature IP44 waterproof rating and comply with international electrical safety standards. With rigorous quality management and compliance systems, we help clients reduce market access risks and achieve long term stable sales and services. The product failure rate is kept at ≤0.3%.
